Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will only be considered if services have not yet started after payment.
  • Once a project has begun, refunds are not applicable, as time, resources, and strategy are already invested.
  • If you are not satisfied with the service, we may provide revisions or adjustments to meet expectations (where applicable).

Non-Refundable Services

  • SEO services, ad campaign setups, and consulting sessions are non-refundable once executed.
  • Any third-party fees (e.g., ad spend on Google or Meta, tools, plugins) are not eligible for refund.

Process

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment and before project commencement.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original mode of payment.
